Xynisteri Single Vineyard

White dry of protected designation of origin Laona Akama from a specific family owned Vineyard of Kathikas called “Vasilika”. Situated at 700m of altitude, on soil and clay and planted on 1965. White vinification with long cold maceration, low temperature fermentation, long lees aging and short maturation in oak barrels. Characterized for its delegate citrus and flowery aromas, long lasted aftertaste.
